Our parent company Julius Koch Group has 130 years of expertise in the international market for high-quality and durable industrial textiles. The brand name BRAIDED includes the word `Aid` as a symbol for our ambition to help customers and partners to find the best innovative solutions for their needs.

The large experience of our mother company Julius Koch Group – world´s leading supplier in the sun screening industry – in the development of technical textiles especially yarns that resist any requirement of durability, light protection and weather conditions has led to the fact that our products can keep up on the world market.
The opportunities for manufacturing technical and industrial textiles that we develop in close cooperation with our customers are great. Our production capabilities range from high-quality elastic tapes for medical devices to particularly resistant cords and tapes for specific applications to durable textile fences and protective nets.

In the light of the Corona Crises BRAIDED was founded in order to help where the need is. Until today we have produced more then 10 Mio. meters of elastic tapes in order to protect human health by high quality face masks and respirators worldwide.
Our safety nets protect roads - especially freeways, paths and promenades - effectively against snowdrifts and shifting sands. By the end of 2022, more than 500 km of BRAIDED safety nets for snow and sand have been delivered and installed.
Our mining nets are highly effective in large-scale erosion control against wind and dust. Until end of spring 2024 BRAIDED has delivered 12,5 km of wind nets that reduce dust emissions caused from wind erosion on open stockpiles.
Since October 2023, BRAIDED started to develop agriculture nets for different purposes like Guiding systems or Hail protection. Until April 2025, minimum 20 km of vineyards are going to be delivered to customers in Europe.
